Calls on the EU to ensure that its Member States, associates and partners (in particular those covered by the Cotonou Agreement) which have agreed to host former Guantánamo detainees actually afford them full support as regards living conditions, efforts to facilitate their integration into society, medical treatment including psychological recovery, access to identification and travel documents, the exercise of the right to family reunification and all other fundamental rights granted to people holding political asylum status;
44. invite l'Union à garantir que ses États membres, ainsi que ses associés et ses partenaires (notamment ceux concernés par l'accord de Cotonou), qui ont accepté d'accueillir d'anciens détenus de Guantánamo leur proposent réellement un soutien complet en ce qui concerne leurs conditions de vie, les actions pour faciliter leur intégration à la société, la possibilité d'un traitement médical, y compris un rétablissement psychologique, l'accès à des documents d'identité et de voyage, ainsi que l'exercice du droit au regroupement familial et de tous les autres droits conférés aux personnes bénéficiant du statut de réfugié politique;
