B. having regard to the mission of Sunday, 16 November 2008 of the UN envoy, former NigePersonNamerian President Olusegun Obasanjo and the resultant agreement with the rebel leader Laurent Nkunda on the creation of a tripartite committee to monitor a ceasefire between army and rebels, and to the urgent need for the support of the powers which are partners of the countries involved, with a view to ensuring a solution,
B. considérant la mission menée le dimanche 16 novembre par l'ancien président nigérian Olusegun Obasanjo, émissaire de l'ONU, qui est parvenu à un accord avec le chef rebelle Laurent Nkunda pour la mise en place d'un comité tripartite afin de faire respecter un cessez-le-feu entre l'armée et les rebelles, et le besoin urgent de l'appui des puissances partenaires des États concernés pour assurer une solution,
