The Agreement was supplemented by the Additional Protocol of 1973, which established the rules governing: - establishment of the customs union over a 22-year period, starting from the date on which the Protocol took effect, - free movement of goods, - economic cooperation, and by Decision No 1/80 adopted by the Association Council in September 1980 with the aim of giving fresh impetus to the association.
Il est complété par le protocole additionnel de 1973, qui définit les règles applicables à : - l'établissement de l'union douanière sur une période de 22 ans à compter de la date de prise d'effet de ce protocole - la libre circulation des marchandises - la coopération économique et par la décision nu 1/80, arrêtée par le conseil d'association en septembre 1980 dans le but de revitaliser cette association.
