By way of derogation from the first subparagraph, the 2009/2010 quota year shall be divided in 10 monthly sub-periods, with the exception of the first sub-period which shall cover the period from 1 August 2009 to 30 September 2009.

With regard to the proposed compensatory measures, the restructuring plan proposes: (a) withdrawal of the company from the Greek market by at least 10 %, compared to 2009 sales in Greece, for the period until the end of 2013, i.e. 2 years after the end of the restructuring; and (b) a ban on any kind of State aid to the company for the period until the end of 2013, i.e. 2 years after the end of the restructuring.

2. Italy, Lithuania and Sweden may allocate, upon request by any undertaking established on their respective territories a supplementary isoglucose quota in the period from the marketing year 2006/2007 until the marketing year 2009/2010.

The Republic of Estonia may apply a transitional period until 1 January 2010 to adjust its national level of taxation on unleaded petrol used as propellant to the new minimum level of EUR 359 per 1 000 l. However, the level of taxation on unleaded petrol shall be no less than EUR 287 per 1 000 l as from 1 May 2004.
La République d'Estonie peut appliquer une période transitoire jusqu'au 1er janvier 2010 pour adapter son niveau national de taxation de l'essence sans plomb utilisée comme carburant au nouveau niveau minimal de 359 euros par 1 000 litres. 4. The Republic of Estonia may apply a transitional period until 1 January 2010 to adjust its national level of taxation on gas oil used as propellant to the new minimum level of EUR 330 per 1 000 l. However, the level of taxation on gas oil used as propellant shall be no less than EUR 245 per 1 000 l as from 1 May 2004.

La République d'Estonie peut appliquer une période transitoire jusqu'au 1er janvier 2010 pour adapter son niveau national de taxation du gazole utilisé comme carburant au nouveau niveau minimal de 330 euros par 1 000 litres. Toutefois, le niveau de taxation du gazole utilisé comme carburant ne doit pas être inférieur à 245 euros par 1 000 litres à partir du 1er mai 2004.
