If the word marriage means ``one man and one woman,'' and all the rest of it is granted to same-sex couples, and you are not using that Quebec regime as a straw man or a stocking horse for what I am talking about, then I believe the court has not considered a full-scale, full-blown regime of civil union for same-sex couples.
