The Council stressed that the full and faithful implementation of the Framework Agreement by all the parties concerned remains the only guarantee of a return to peace and stability in the country, as well as national reconciliation between all the communities, respecting the territorial integrity and unity of the country.
Le Conseil a souligné que la mise en œuvre complète et loyale de l'Accord-cadre par toutes les parties concernées reste le seul garant d'un retour à la paix et à la stabilité dans le pays, ainsi que d'une réconciliation nationale entre toutes les communautés dans le respect de l'intégrité territoriale et de l'unité du pays.
