6. Notes that the EGF project will be carried out in the framework of a labour foundation established at regional level and will be managed by a development association that had experience with a past EGF application (EGF/2009/009 AT/Steiermark); recalls that labour foundations are institutions set up by sectoral social partners in order to provide workers in industrial change with training measures to enhance their employability; recalls that this model of providing active labour market measures in the past regarding the reintegration of workers into the labour market and the use of the EGF funds for this purpose was very successful;
6. observe que le projet du Fonds sera mené à bien dans le cadre d'une fondation de reclassement instituée au niveau régional et gérée par une association de développement ayant l'expérience d'une demande précédemment soumise au Fonds (EGF/2009/009 AT/Steiermark); rappelle que les fondations de reclassement sont des institutions créées par des partenaires sociaux sectoriels en vue de proposer aux travailleurs confrontés aux mutations industrielles des mesures de formation visant à accroître leurs chances sur le marché du travail; rappelle que cette formule de mesures actives sur le marché de l'emploi a été très efficace par le passé en ce qui concerne la réinsertion des travailleurs sur le marché de l'emploi et l'utilisation des crédits du Fonds à cette fin;
