When I suggested the platform – and it was referred to by Mr Gauzès and others – it was the need to bring together the small and big players in a particular forum, and particularly the smaller collecting societies who, I understand, feel left out in this particular debate.
J'ai suggéré l'établissement de la plate-forme, par ailleurs évoquée par M. Gauzès et d'autres, en ayant à l'esprit la nécessité de réunir au sein d'un forum spécifique les acteurs, petits et grands, mais surtout les petits gestionnaires qui, si j'ai bien compris, ont le sentiment de ne pas avoir voix au chapitre.
