– (ES) Mr President, I would firstly like to welcome this report and thank the rapporteur for her work and I would also like to welcome what Commissioner Vitorino said in relation to the procedure to be followed in order to be able to hold a genuine annual debate on human rights in the European Union.
- (ES) Monsieur le Président, je tiens tout d’abord à rendre hommage à ce rapport et à remercier Mme le rapporteur pour son travail. Je voudrais également rendre hommage aux paroles du commissaire Vitorino quant à la procédure à suivre en vue de pouvoir organiser un véritable débat annuel sur les droits de l’homme dans l’Union européenne.
