Having said that, I would also like to inform this Parliament that, to date, four opinions have been sent by national parliaments on the protection order: positive ones from the Italian, Greek and Portuguese parliaments and a negative opinion from the German Bundesrat arguing that the directive goes beyond the scope of Article 82, as it covers non-criminal measures and the prevention of crime.
Cela dit, je voudrais également informer le Parlement qu’à ce jour, quatre avis ont été envoyés par des parlements nationaux sur la décision de protection: des avis positifs émanant des parlements italien, grec et portugais et un avis négatif du Bundesrat allemand invoquant le fait que la directive sort du champ d’application de l’article 82, puisqu’elle couvre des mesures non pénales et la prévention des actes criminels.
