The Danish producers (which included ABB IC Møller) were excluded, but were eager to gain greater market penetration in Germany; Løgstør states, however, that once Brown Boveri had acquired Isolrohr in 1987 it relaxed the pressure since it could now itself produce in Germany (Løgstør, Article 11 Reply, Statement II, p. 87).
