John Lynch-Staunton (Leader of the Opposition): Honourable senators, I had hoped last year, while marking Canada Book Day, to give Senator Fairbairn a framed copy of Bill S-10 after it had been given Royal Assent; that being the bill which calls for the removal of the GST on reading materials, which I know in her heart she still supports.
