No reservation may be made to this Protocol except that a State may at any time declare by a notification addressed to the Government of the People’s Republic of Poland that the Convention as amended by this Protocol shall not apply to the carriage of persons, cargo and baggage for its military authorities on aircraft, registered in that State, the whole capacity of which has been reserved by or on behalf of such authorities.

a) Tout État peut à tout moment déclarer par notification faite au Gouvernement de la République populaire de Pologne que la Convention de Varsovie amendée à La Haye en 1955 et par le Protocole n 4 de Montréal de 1975 ne s’applique pas au transport de personnes, de bagages et de marchandises effectué pour ses autorités militaires à bord d’aéronefs immatriculés dans ledit État et dont la capacité entière a été réservée par ces autorités ou pour le compte de celles-ci.

I would like to ask the Prime Minister or the Solicitor General, if the former is not willing to reply, whether the government can confirm that the following, as stated and confirmed by Mr. Vastel, is true, namely that Montreal's organized crime families have a number of warehouses on the Kahnawake reserve which are being used for drug deliveries, each cargo having a market value of up to $200 million.

Following its investigations of the case, the Commission found: - that the freight rates charged by Hyundai undercut the normal freight rate by an average of 26 per cent; - that Hyundai's low rates were made possible by non-commercial advantages granted by the Korean government in the form of cargo reservation schemes and advantages given in the process of restructuring in the Korean shipping industry; - that major injury was caused to Community shipowners by Hyundai's low rates.
