As I already said, this bill comes as a result of an incident that happened in Red Deer when a poor young woman was sexually assaulted by a man who had disguised himself as a police officer and had put fake flashing lights on his car.
Comme je l'ai déjà dit, ce projet de loi fait suite à un incident s'étant produit à Red Deer, alors qu'une pauvre jeune fille a été agressée sexuellement par un homme qui s'était déguisé en policier et qui avait mis de faux gyrophares sur sa voiture.
