Even if there were proof that the Government of Lithuania and Albinas Januska had engineered Viktor Uspaskich’s departure from Lithuania because of the latter’s ties to the Russian SVR, which there is not, there would be no nexus between that fact and the bringing of proceedings against Mr Uspaskich for false accounting.
