In the present case, the Court of First Instance considers that Mr Ayadi and Mr Hassan must avail themselves of the opportunities for judicial remedy offered by domestic law if they mean to challenge the alleged failure of the Irish and United Kingdom authorities to cooperate in good faith with them.
En l’occurrence, le Tribunal estime que M. Ayadi et M Hassan doivent se prévaloir des possibilités de recours juridictionnel fondées sur le droit national s’ils entendent mettre en cause le prétendu manque de coopération loyale des autorités irlandaises et britanniques à leur égard.
