To exclude sexual orientation from the Human Rights Act does not mean to discriminate against them for their sexual practices since they already share all the same fundamental rights of other Canadians and, in fact, as previously mentioned, they have more advantages, economically, educationally, politically and culturally, than most Canadians.
En effet, les homosexuels jouissent déjà des droits fondamentaux qui reviennent à tous les Canadiens et sont, en fait, comme je l'ai déjà dit, beaucoup plus favorisés que la plupart d'entre eux sur les plans économique, éducationnel, politique et culturel.
