Les établissements de monnaie électronique qui relèvent de la présente directive et ont commencé leur activité sous le régime applicable dans l'État membre où se situe leur administration centrale, avant la date d'entrée en vigueur des dispositions adoptées en application de la présente directive ou avant la date visée à l'article 10, paragraphe 1, si celle-ci survient entre-temps, sont présumés agréés.

Community fishing vessels shall cease fishing in respect of a stock or of a group of stocks subject to a quota or TAC on the date on which the quota allocated for the stock or group of stocks in question to that Member State is deemed to have been exhausted or on the date on which the TAC for the species constituting the stock or group of stocks in question is deemed to have been exhausted; such vessels shall equally cease retention on board, transshipment, landing or arranging for transshipment or landing in respect of catches of such stocks or group of stocks taken after that date.
Les navires de pêche communautaires cessent de pêcher une espèce d'un stock ou d'un groupe de stocks soumis à un quota ou à un TAC à la date à laquelle le quota attribué à cet État pour le stock ou groupe de stocks en question est réputé avoir été épuisé ou à la date à laquelle le TAC pour les espèces constituant ce stock ou groupe de stocks est réputé avoir été épuisé; ces navires cessent également de conserver à bord, de transborder, de débarquer ou de faire transborder ou débarquer des captures de ces stocks ou groupes de stocks effectuées après cette date.
