Je voudrais féliciter Mme Vergnaud pour son rapport, car les grands traits qu’il contient en font un travail positif, tourné vers l’avenir, montrant une manière dont nous pouvons nous attaquer à ces questions, et je suis ravie que la Commission, en la personne du commissaire Kyrpianou, ainsi que les ministres du Conseil de ministres aient exprimé leur volonté inconditionnelle de suivre cette voie, avançons donc et répondons à ces questions dans une directive spécifiquement sectorielle, achevant ainsi un bon travail pour nos concitoyens.

I should also like to congratulate a large number of Members of this House on their clairvoyant powers, since they have voiced their wholehearted support for a priority list of chemical substances even though there is no way of knowing which chemical substances are hazardous and which are not.
