c) octroi de primes forfaitaires individuelles non renouvelables aux pêcheurs justifiant d'au moins cinq ans d'exercice de la profession, en vue de leur reconversion ou de la diversification de leurs activités, hors de la pêche maritime, dans le cadre d'un plan social individuel ou collectif, sur la base d'un coût éligible limité à 50000 euros par bénéficiaire individuel; l'autorité de gestion module le montant individuel de la prime en fonction de l'ampleur du projet de reconversion et de diversification et des efforts financiers consentis par le bénéficiaire;

(2) Whereas current mechanisms available both at national and at Community level for ensuring compliance with those Directives do not always allow infringements harmful to the collective interests of consumers to be terminated in good time; whereas collective interests mean interests which do not include the cumulation of interests of individuals who have been harmed by an infringement; whereas this is without prejudice to individual actions brought by individuals who have been harmed by an infringement;
(2) considérant que les mécanismes existant actuellement, tant sur le plan national que sur le plan communautaire, pour assurer le respect de ces directives ne permettent pas toujours de mettre un terme, en temps utile, aux infractions préjudiciables aux intérêts collectifs des consommateurs; que, par intérêts collectifs, on entend des intérêts qui ne sont pas une simple accumulation d'intérêts de particuliers auxquels il a été porté atteinte par une infraction; que cela est sans préjudice des recours individuels formés par des particuliers lésés par une infraction;
