They have seen not just some slippage, as we have seen so far on the Atlantic side, but tremendous erosion and they are worried that unless something dramatic is done fairly quickly the whole idea of the fishing community, the fishing village with the people, the independent enterprises, will go the way of the do-do bird and they will have the equivalent to absentee landlords running farms in PEI. You have hit the nail on the head in the sense that that is a very strong concern out there.
