Strabag is also acquiring control of the civil engineering company ‘Walter Heilit Verkehrswegebau GmbH’, ‘Dywidag International GmbH’, ‘Dyckerhoff Widmann Ges.mbH’, which operates in Austria, and ‘RIB GmbH’, which is continuing some bridge-construction projects managed by the Walter Bau subsidiary ‘Niklas GmbH’.
