Contrairement à mon ami Ian qui pense que les petits homards, c'est super intéressant pour les consommateurs, moi je pense que le petit homard, présentement, conditionne le prix du homard vers le bas, alors que dans beaucoup de régions, notamment la nôtre et aux Iles-de-la-Madeleine au Québec, on s'organise ou on travaille pour faire augmenter le prix du homard, pousser le prix du homard vers le haut avec un homard de grande qualité.
