Despite his sombre view of the stabilisation and association agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina, I do think that it is essentially a good thing that the European Union, after all these years, has achieved its ambition of mounting a major operation, and, remarkably enough, doing so in the former Yugoslavia.
Malgré son avis pessimiste sur l’accord de stabilisation et d’association passé avec la Bosnie-et-Herzégovine, je crois que c’est fondamentalement une bonne chose qu’après toutes ces années, l’Union européenne ait réalisé son ambition de mettre sur pied une opération majeure et, fait remarquable, de le faire dans l’ancienne Yougoslavie.
