The European Commission has authorised a joint venture through which the two companies which are active in the operation and management of Düsseldorf Airport, will in the future be jointly controlled by Aer Rianta International, Hochtief Projektentwicklung GmbH on the one hand and the City of Düsseldorf on the other.
La Commission européenne a autorisé la constitution d'une entreprise commune entre, d'une part, Aer Rianta International et Hochtief Projektentwicklung GmbH et, d'autre part, la ville de Düsseldorf en vue du contrôle en commun des deux entreprises exploitant et gérant l'aéroport de Düsseldorf.
