I must say from the outset that I agree with the comments of the hon. member for Churchill and the hon. member for Richmond—Arthabaska, to the effect that it is not because a motion comes from the Bloc Quebecois that we should oppose it.

D'emblée, je dois dire que je suis d'accord avec les commentaires de la députée de Churchill et du député de Richmond Arthabaska, à savoir que ce n'est pas parce qu'une motion émane du Bloc québécois qu'il faut s'y opposer.
