Will this mean that 5 or 10 years from now a pastor, Catholic priest or school counsellor will find themselves the target of hate crime litigation simply for making the kinds of statements about same-sex marriage and traditional marriage that have been made in the Senate or the House over the past few months by those opposed to the legislation?
