1. Following an alert notified pursuant to Article 9 concerning a threat to health as referred to in point (iii) of point (a) of Article 2(1) and in points (b), (c) or (d) of Article 2(1), the Member States shall, in liaison with the Commission and on the basis of the available information from their monitoring systems, inform each other through the EWRS and, if the urgency of the situation so requires, through the HSC about developments with regard to the threat concerned at national level.

À la suite d’une alerte notifiée en vertu de l’article 9 concernant une menace sur la santé visée à l’article 2, paragraphe 1, point a) iii), ou points b), c) ou d), les États membres, en liaison avec la Commission et sur la base des informations disponibles provenant de leurs systèmes de veille, s’informent mutuellement par l’intermédiaire du SAPR et, si l’urgence de la situation l’exige, par le biais du CSS, au sujet de de l’évolution de la situation à l’échelle nationale au regard de la menace en question.
