Any of the members could comment on this, but I don't think there should be a concern about the notion that things are progressing bilaterally rather than from a huge multilateral consensus all at the same time in Central or South America. I don't think it's going to happen.
N'importe quel député peut le commenter mais je ne crois pas qu'on doive s'inquiéter de la notion qui veut que les choses progressent bilatéralement plutôt qu'à partir d'un très large consensus multilatéral en Amérique centrale et parallèlement en Amérique du Sud.
