To this end, the Commission has adopted a communication on how this dialogue is to be organised. This was done at the initiative of Romano Prodi, President of the Commission, Commissioner Michel Barnier (both with responsibility for the IGC) and Viviane Reding, Commissioner responsible for dialogue with the public, in agreement with Günter Verheugen, Commissioner responsible for the enlargement negotiations.
Dans ce but, la Commission a adopté aujourd'hui, à l'initiative du Président Prodi, du Commissaire européen Michel Barnier, tous deux chargés de la CIG, et de Mme Viviane Reding, responsable des actions de dialogue avec le citoyen, en accord avec M. Günter Verheugen, chargé des négociations d'élargissement, une communication sur l'organisation de ce dialogue citoyen.
