Definition: A transient disorder that develops in an individual without any other apparent mental disorder in response to exceptional physical and mental stress and that usually subsides within hours or days. Individual vulnerability and coping capacity play a role in the occurrence and severity of acute stress reactions. En outre, le Tribunal: 5o) a jugé à tort que les requérantes devaient établir une baisse constatée de leur chiffre d’affaires pour avoir qualité à agir; 6o) a rejeté des effets négatifs établis au motif d’autres causes d’effets négatifs non précisées; 7o) n’a pas tenu compte du fait que les conditions pour introduire un recours doivent être assouplies, car la décision de la Commission d’autoriser la mesure d’aide, en application de l’article 107, paragraphe 3, sous c), TFUE, n’a pas fait l’objet d’un véritable examen administratif préalable.

In cases where individual members of the administrative or management body of the company being party to a transaction referred to in Article 25(1), or of the administrative or management body of a parent undertaking within the meaning of Article 1 of Seventh Council Directive 83/349/EEC of 13 June 1983 based on the Article 50(2)(g) of the Treaty on consolidated accounts or such parent undertaking itself, or individuals acting in their own name but on behalf of the members of such bodies or on behalf of such undertaking, are counterparties to such a transaction, Member States shall ensure through adequate safeguards that such transaction does not conflict with the company's best interests.
