Repatriation will take place under the aegis of the UNHCR, which will guarantee the returnees conditions of safety and dignity, according to the guidelines set out in the Comprehensive Plan of Action which resulted from the International Conference on Refugees from Indochina held in Geneva in June 1989.
Le rapatriement se fera sous l'égide du UNHCR qui garantit les conditions de sécurité et de dignité des rapatriés, dans le cadre des modalités définies dans le plan d'Action Globale issu de la Conférence Internationale sur les réfugiés indichinois tenue à Genève en juin 1989.
