In its conclusions on mobility information services for artists and for culture professionals , the Council confirmed the importance of the mobility of artists and cultural professionals for the Union and for achieving its objectives within the Europe 2020 Strategy, and called on the Member States and the Commission, within their respective spheres of competences and with due regard to the principle of subsidiarity, to facilitate the provision of comprehensive and accurate information to artists and cultural professionals seeking to be mobile within the Union.
