IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In order to ensure that the Union list of projects of common interest (‘Union list’) is limited to projects which contribute the most to the implementation of the strategic energy infrastructure priority corridors and areas, the power to adopt and review the Union list should be delegated to the Commission in accordance with Article 290 of the TFEU, while respecting the right of the Member States to approve projects of common interest related to their territory.
Afin que la liste des projets d'intérêt commun de l'Union (ci-après dénommée «liste de l'Union») soit limitée aux projets qui contribuent le plus à la mise en œuvre des corridors et domaines prioritaires en matière d'infrastructures énergétiques stratégiques, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter et de réviser la liste de l'Union conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, sans préjudice du droit des États membres d'approuver des projets d'intérêt commun ayant un lien avec leur territoire.

In the light of the economic and financial crisis and budgetary constraints, targeted support, through grants and financial instruments, should be developed under the next multiannual financial framework, which will attract new investors into the energy infrastructure priority corridors and areas, while keeping the budgetary contribution of the Union to a minimum.
Étant donné la crise économique et financière et les contraintes budgétaires, un soutien ciblé, sous la forme de subventions et d'instruments financiers, devrait être mis en place au titre du prochain cadre financier pluriannuel, dans le but d'attirer de nouveaux investisseurs dans les corridors et domaines prioritaires en matière d'infrastructures énergétiques, tout en maintenant la contribution budgétaire de l'Union à un minimum.

4. Calls for the Western Balkan countries to be fully and effectively involved in all steps of EUSAIR’s implementation and for them to improve their connectivity among themselves and with the rest of the EU, including by simplifying existing administrative burdens, with the aim of accelerating sustainable economic growth and people-to-people contacts, including the Adriatic-Ionian Corridor; stresses the strategic importance of the Adriatic-Ionian Corridor and calls for these countries’ significant disparities and deficits in infrastructure to be tackled, in particular as regards road and rail networks, intermodal connections, traffic management systems and energy infrastructure; calls for the completion of the remaining stretches of the Trans-European transport corridors in South-East Europe, including Corridors V, VI, VIII and X, which will improve the overall connectivity of the region with the EU Member States; encourages speeding up the continuation of the Pelješac bridge construction and of the Adriatic-Ionian Highway in order to facilitate connectivity;
4. invite les pays des Balkans occidentaux à s'impliquer pleinement et efficacement dans toutes les étapes de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie EUSAIR, et à améliorer leurs relations entre eux ainsi qu'avec le reste de l'Union, notamment en allégeant les charges administratives, en vue d'accélérer la croissance économique durable et de favoriser les contacts interpersonnels, y compris les pays du corridor de la mer Adriatique-Ionienne; souligne l'importance stratégique de ce corridor et exige que les disparités et les carences importantes de ces pays dans le domaine des infrastructures soient corrigées, en particulier pour les routes et les réseaux ferroviaires, les connections intermodales, les systèmes de gestion du trafic et les infrastructures énergétiques; demande la réalisation des tronçons restants des corridors de transport transeuropéens en Europe du Sud-Est, y compris les corridors V, VI, VIII et X, qui amélioreront l'ensemble des liaisons de la région avec les États membres de l'Union européenne; encourage l'accélération de la construction du pont de Pelješac et de l'autoroute Adriatique-Ionienne afin d'améliorer les liaisons;

Prioritisation of investments which have an impact beyond a certain Member State, particularly those which are part of the core TEN-T network corridors, shall be coordinated with TEN-T planning and core network corridors implementation plans, so that investments by the ERDF and the Cohesion Fund in transport infrastructure are fully in line with the TEN-T Guidelines.
La détermination de priorités d'investissements qui ont une incidence au-delà du territoire d'un État membre donné, notamment ceux qui font partie des corridors du RTE-T central, est coordonnée avec la planification du RTE-T et des plans de mise en œuvre de corridors de réseau central, afin que les investissements du FEDER et du Fonds de cohésion dans les infrastructures de transport soient parfaitement compatibles avec les orientations du RTE-T.

In any case, the relevant infrastructure managers as defined in Directive 2001/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2001 on the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity and the levying of charges for the use of railway infrastructure as well as railway undertakings as users of the corridor, representatives of port authorities of the sea and inland ports which are concerned by the corridor shall participate in the corridor platform.
En tout état de cause, les responsables d'infrastructures concernés selon la directive 2001/14/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2001 concernant la répartition des capacités d'infrastructure ferroviaire et la tarification de l'infrastructure ferroviaire ainsi que les entreprises ferroviaires en tant qu'utilisatrices des corridors et les représentants des autorités portuaires des ports maritimes et intérieurs concernés par le corridor participent à la plateforme de corridor.

(14) In order to guarantee the consistency and continuity of the infrastructure capacities available along the freight corridor, investment in the freight corridor should be coordinated between Member States, the infrastructure managers and the railway undertakings concerned, as well as, if applicable, between Member States and third countries, and planned in a way which meets the needs of the freight corridor.

Supports the prioritisation of all the energy diversification projects realised within the neighbourhood – especially those aimed at creating new transport corridors which diversify both suppliers and routes, such as the Trans-Caspian/trans-Black Sea energy corridor – in particular the construction of the Nabucco pipeline, liquefied natural gas infrastructure (LNG), the interconnection of electricity grids and the completion of the Euro-Mediterranean electricity and gas infrastructure rings as well as the realisation of new oil infrastructure projects of European interest such as the Odessa-Gdańsk and Constanta-Trieste projects which should be included in the list of high-priority projects of European interest;
