None of the countries, except for the Netherlands, provides for the possibility to agree in a MAP for corresponding interest to be paid to the company on its overpaid taxes, having regard to the interest charges on additional back taxes in the other Contracting State (and vice versa) so as to balance the interest paid and received by the company concerned.
Aucun pays, à l'exception des Pays-Bas, ne prévoit la possibilité de s'accorder, dans le cadre d'une procédure amiable, sur un mécanisme permettant de verser à l'entreprise des intérêts sur le trop-perçu, en tenant compte des intérêts sur des arriérés d'impôts supplémentaires dans l'autre État contractant (et vice-versa) de manière à équilibrer les intérêts perçus et payés par l'entreprise concernée.
