An IT tool within Traces' architecture estimated at EUR 500 000 will have to be developed for the e-certificate for internal organic production foreseen in Article 23 of the Commission proposal in order to ensure it will be operational as from 01.01.2016.The maintenance is estimated at EUR 110 000 per year.
