A final comment on the procedures that enable the national parliaments to check that legislative proposals are in line with the principle of subsidiarity: the text of the report takes account of the reasoned opinions issued by the Portuguese Assembly, the Italian Senate and the Polish Senate, including the Polish Senate’s request for compliance with the obligation under Article 5 of the Protocol on subsidiarity, which provides for the inclusion in the legislative text of ‘a detailed statement making it possible to appraise compliance with the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality’.
Une dernière observation sur les procédures qui donnent aux parlements nationaux la possibilité d'examiner la conformité des propositions législatives par rapport au principe de subsidiarité. Le texte du rapport prend en compte les trois avis de conformité de l´Assemblée portugaise, du Sénat italien et du Sénat polonais, y compris la demande du Sénat Polonais de respecter l'obligation prévue par l'art. 5 du Protocole sur la subsidiarité qui prévoit l'inclusion dans le texte législatif d'"une fiche contenant des éléments circonstanciés permettant d'apprécier le respect des principes de subsidiarité et de proportionnalité".
