The Commission recalls that, pursuant to the rescue aid decision of 19 January 2009, the rescue aid (granted in the form of a 100 % guarantee for a loan of EUR 200 million) will be brought to an end when the Commission reaches a definitive position (by adopting this Decision) on the sales process/restructuring plan notified by the Austrian authorities (53).
