And so nobody, none of the governments participating in the Intergovernmental Conference should retract their words and withdraw the approval they expressed in the Convention: this is the appeal which once again Parliament is making to everyone; this is the best way to honour in practice, without rhetoric, Altiero Spinelli and Jean Monnet.
Personne donc, aucun des gouvernements participant à la Conférence intergouvernementale, ne devrait se rétracter et renoncer à ce qu’ils ont accepté au sein de la Convention: il s’agit de l’appel qu’une fois de plus le Parlement adresse à chacun; telle est la meilleure façon d’honorer concrètement, sans rhétorique, Altiero Spinelli et Jean Monnet.
