It is with this thought in mind that we shall look at the body of inventories we have developed in Canada and assess how well they are doing the job from the point of view of ensuring there is transparency and accountability in the way we communicate data to the Canadian public, but at the same time how it is that they are going to provide us with direction on where it is that we need to address gaps and deficiencies and design programs that are going to reduce the risk associated with those initiatives.
C'est dans cet esprit que nous examinerons l'ensemble des inventaires que nous avons élaborés au Canada et que nous verrons s'ils assurent bien, de façon transparente et responsable, la façon dont nous communiquons les données au grand public canadien, mais en même temps s'ils nous aident à trouver une façon de réduire les écarts et les lacunes tout en proposant des programmes qui nous permettront de réduire le risque associé à de telles initiatives.
