My views are to some extent based on my experience during the implementation of the Community INTERREG IIIA initiative involving a joint Slovak-Polish drainage project for the community of Chmeľnica on the Slovak and the Polish town of Piwniczna either side of our common border.
Mes opinions se fondent dans une certaine mesure sur l’expérience que j’ai acquise lors de la mise en œuvre de l’initiative communautaire INTERREG IIIA impliquant un projet commun slovaco-polonais de système d’égouts pour la commune de Chmelnica du côté slovaque, et pour la ville de Piwniczna du côté polonais de notre frontière commune.
