Calls on the authorities in Podgorica and Banja Luka to cooperate more closely with Belgrade as well as with NATO and EUFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to locate and bring to justice Radovan Karadzic; therefore calls on the Serbian government to collaborate in an efficient way with the ICTY and further improve its national law enforcement;
8. invite les autorités de Podgorica et de Banja Luka à coopérer plus étroitement avec Belgrade ainsi qu'avec l'OTAN et l'EUFOR en Bosnie-Herzégovine afin de localiser et de traduire en justice Radovan Karadzic; demande dès lors au gouvernement serbe de collaborer de manière efficace avec le TPIY et d'améliorer encore l'application de la loi nationale;

Calls on all parties involved, in particular the governments of Montenegro and the Republika Srpska, to fully cooperate with Belgrade as well as with NATO and EUFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to locate and bring to justice Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic; therefore calls on the Serbian government to continue and strengthen its cooperation with the ICTY in an efficient way and further improve its national law enforcement;
