Gerald Keddy propose, Que le projet de loi C-30, à l’article 6, soit modifié par adjonction, après la ligne 23, page 2, de ce qui suit : " (3) Lorsqu’un membre d’une communauté visée au paragraphe (2) a demandé de l’aide financière à l’égard de l’éducation postsecondaire, ni la communauté, ni le conseil scolaire de cette dernière ne peut chercher à influencer ou modifier le choix fait par le membre de l’établissement d’enseignement qui lui dispensera l’enseignement soit en accordant ou en refusant cette aide, soit en faisant autre chose dans ce but" .
