Following their meeting today in Brazil, EU Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy and Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Lafer today announced they had reached an agreement to solve their dispute over soluble coffee, thereby heading off a possible WTO panel.
Comme suite à la réunion tenue ce jour au Brésil, M. Pascal Lamy, commissaire de l'UE chargé du commerce et M. Celso Lafer, ministre brésilien des affaires étrangères, ont indiqué qu'ils étaient parvenus à un accord pour résoudre le différend qui les opposait sur le café soluble, évitant ainsi la constitution éventuelle d'un groupe spécial OMC.
