Mr. Speaker, I do want to pick up on the theme of consultation because it is interesting to note this morning the extent to which it is driving a wedge between two parties which have formed an obvious partnership over the last several months together in the House, both of which have gone public now to explain to Canadians what that partnership means and why it is important for them.
Monsieur le Président, je voudrais revenir sur la question des consultations, car il est intéressant de remarquer ce matin à quel point il s’agit d’un facteur de dissension entre deux partis qui forment depuis quelque mois une association évidente à la Chambre. Les deux partis viennent d’expliquer publiquement aux Canadiens ce que veut dire cette association et pourquoi ils y attachent de l’importance.
