J. whereas on the occasion of the celebrations of the third anniversary of the uprising against President Mubarak on 25 January 2014, at least 64 civilians were killed by the security forces and 1 079 protesters were arrested; whereas the victims were mainly supporters of ousted president Morsi, who were reported to have been marching peacefully when they came under excessive use of force by the police; whereas a number of journalists observing the events were arrested and assaulted;
J. considérant qu'à l'occasion des commémorations du troisième anniversaire du soulèvement contre le Président Moubarak, le 25 janvier 2014, au moins 64 civils ont été tués par les forces de sécurité et que 1 079 manifestants ont été tués; que les victimes étaient principalement des partisans du Président démis Mohamed Morsi, qui auraient été en train de manifester pacifiquement lorsqu'ils ont été pris à partie par la police avec une force excessive; qu'un certain nombre de journalistes couvrant les événements ont été arrêtés et agressés;
