3. Regarding the reinforcement of the economic and financial dialogue, the Conference agreed that meetings of Ministers of Finance/Economic affairs should be convened in principle, every two years; furthermore, with regard to free trade in agricultural products, the Commission will propose in the first half of 2004, a precise roadmap for building on existing arrangements to achieve a higher level of progressive reciprocal liberalisation of trade in agricultural products, while negotiations aiming at further liberalisation of trade in processed agricultural products will be pursued.
3. En ce qui concerne le renforcement du dialogue économique et financier, la conférence a décidé que les réunions des ministres de l’économie et des finances devront être convoquées, en principe, tous les deux ans.
