We have witnessed a lively and thorough debate on the Commission's proposal for the revision of the Tobacco Products proposal, and I would like to thank the MEPs for their support and to pay a special tribute to the rapporteur – Linda McAvan – for her commitment, determination, and important contribution towards securing this favourable vote.
Nous avons assisté à un débat animé et approfondi sur la proposition de la Commission relative à la révision de la directive sur les produits du tabac, et je tiens à remercier les députés européens pour leur soutien, en rendant un hommage tout particulier à la rapporteure, Mme Linda McAvan, pour son engagement, sa détermination et sa contribution importante au vote favorable d'aujourd'hui.
