I find it rather interesting because the usual line from the opposition parties when they are talking about the Prime Minister and his caucus is that the Prime Minister is allegedly some kind of dictator who exercises thought control over the caucus and the caucus cannot do anything without his approval.
James—Assiniboia, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, j'ai écouté le discours du dernier intervenant et je l'ai trouvé plutôt intéressant, parce que les partis d'opposition ont l'habitude, lorsqu'ils parlent du premier ministre et de son caucus, d'alléguer que le premier ministre se prend pour un dictateur qui dicte à son caucus la ligne de pensée à adopter et que le caucus ne peut rien faire sans son approbation.
