On 22 May 2008 EPSO published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ 2008 C 125 A, Spanish language edition, p. 1) notice of open competition EPSO/AD/130/08 (‘the notice of competition’), held in order to draw up a reserve list of lawyer-linguists (Grade AD7) with Spanish as their main language from which to fill vacant posts in the institutions of the European Union, in particular, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union.
Le 22 mai 2008, l’EPSO a publié au Journal Officiel de l’Union européenne (JO C 125 A, édition de langue espagnole, p. 1) l’avis du concours général EPSO/AD/130/08 (ci-après l’« avis de concours »), organisé pour la constitution d’une liste de réserve de juristes linguistes en langue espagnole, de grade AD 7, destinée à pourvoir des postes vacants au sein des institutions européennes, notamment à la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne, au Parlement européen et au Conseil de l’Union européenne.

By way of derogation from Article 12(3) and paragraph (1) of this Article, the institutions may recruit officials entrusted with lawyer-linguist duties at grade A*7 or AD 7 respectively who have been included in a list of suitable candidates resulting from a competition at LA 7 and LA 6 level or A*7 level before 1 May 2006’. ,
Par dérogation à l'article 12, paragraphe 3, et au paragraphe 1 du présent article, les institutions peuvent recruter des fonctionnaires chargés des fonctions de juristes-linguistes au grade A*7 ou AD 7 qui figurent sur des listes d'aptitude établies à la suite d'un concours de niveau LA 7 et LA 6 ou A*7 avant le 1er mai 2006».

2.
